Take One Honest Step Forward

Reaching out for coaching can feel surprisingly vulnerable.

You may know that something needs to change but still struggle to explain what is happening. You may worry that your problem is not serious enough, that your thoughts are too complicated or that you should be able to work through everything on your own.

Perhaps you have already started writing a message, overthought every word and deleted it before sending.

You do not need the perfect introduction.

You do not need a clearly defined goal.

You only need to begin with what feels true right now.

You Can Begin Where You Are

You are welcome to reach out if you are:

  • Tired of hiding or making yourself smaller.
  • Struggling with overthinking, perfectionism or self-doubt.
  • Afraid of being judged, rejected or misunderstood.
  • Finding it difficult to express your needs or set boundaries.
  • Facing a transition and unsure of your next step.
  • Trying to begin or complete something meaningful.
  • Looking for gentle accountability and practical support.
  • Exploring your identity, values or personal direction.
  • Curious about including spirituality or reflective tools in coaching.
  • Interested in coaching but unsure whether it is right for you.

You do not need to fit neatly into one of these descriptions. Sometimes all you know is that the way you have been living no longer feels honest or sustainable.

That is enough to begin a conversation.

What You Can Ask About

You can contact me to:

  • Book a Clarity and Direction Session.
  • Ask about one-to-one visibility coaching.
  • Explore gentle accountability coaching.
  • Find out how the coaching process works.
  • Ask whether my approach may suit your needs.
  • Discuss the optional use of Tarot or other reflective tools.
  • Share something that arose while completing the workbook.

There is no pressure to book a package simply because you have contacted me. The first conversation is an opportunity to understand what you need and whether I am the right person to support you.

What You Can Expect

You do not need to impress me, perform confidence or pretend that you are further along than you are.

You can expect:

  • A warm and respectful response.
  • Honest conversation without judgement.
  • No hard selling or pressure to commit.
  • Respect for your beliefs, boundaries and personal pace.
  • Clear information about the available coaching options.
  • A practical next step if we decide to work together.

Coaching is collaborative. I will not take control of your life or make important decisions for you. My role is to help you slow down, examine what is keeping you stuck and begin turning insight into manageable action.

Not Ready to Reach Out Yet?

If contacting someone still feels like too much, you can begin privately with the free Overcoming the Fear of Being Seen Workbook.

It can help you explore:

  • Where and why you may be hiding.
  • What your fear may be trying to protect.
  • How shame and self-criticism affect your choices.
  • The difference between healthy privacy and fearful hiding.
  • What honest visibility could look like in your own life.
  • Which manageable act of courage you may be ready to take next.

You do not need to complete the entire workbook at once. Begin with the page or question that feels most relevant to where you are now.

Your first message can be as simple as:

Hi Francois. I am interested in coaching and would like some support with…

If you are unsure how to finish that sentence, you can simply tell me that too.

What Happens Next?

I personally read every message and will respond within 24–48 hours where possible.

I may ask you a few simple questions about what you are experiencing, what you would like support with and what you hope might change. From there, we can consider which coaching option may suit you—or whether a different kind of professional support would be more appropriate.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you contact me.

The conversation itself is the first step.

And sometimes one honest message is how we begin proving to ourselves that fear does not have to make every decision.

A Note About Coaching

I offer personal coaching, accountability, self-reflection and optional spiritual exploration. I am not a psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, doctor or other medical or mental-health professional.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care or crisis support. It does not diagnose or treat psychological or medical conditions and should not replace care from an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, a mental-health crisis or concerning medical symptoms, please contact a suitably qualified healthcare professional or emergency service in your area.
